We guarantee our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, you may request a refund.

When you hire us to perform a service, we immediately dedicate a portion of our schedule to your project and start thinking about the challenges that confront you. We also invoice you for a 10% down payment. If you cancel the project you forfeit your down payment.

We have pricing structures for customers who choose to retain us for periods of 6 or 12 months or who use our Remote Mentoring services at the Gold or Platinum levels.  Please contact us for details.
